Requirements.
A machine tool manufacturer requires a complete system including steel parts and covers for a new stencil laser machine. The covers must be flame retardant and self-extinguishing. The customer submits a 3D file of the basic machine.
Approach.
MöllerWerke checks the feasibility and works closely with the customer in project meetings to discuss and agree on the details.
Implementation.
The customer orders a prototype. MöllerWerke orders the components, produces the unit, and delivers it to the customer completely pre-assembled.
Result.
Once the customer has tested and approved the prototype, production begins, followed by delivery of the series.
