MöllerWerke dip molded parts adapt to the customized design of the respective machine and are often used as covers to protect against dust or liquids as well as for access and component protection. Areas of application include automotive engineering, electrical engineering, medical technology and mechanical engineering. MöllerWerke dip molded parts fulfill a wide variety of purposes, such as connecting components or safely covering hazardous areas. Different hardness ranges are also possible within a dip molded part. Furthermore, MöllerWerke dip molded parts can be designed to be flame-retardant and cold-resistant. In addition, air flaps, strainers, flanges or zippers can be integrated into the dip molded part.
With the TAUCHPERFORM® plant MöllerWerke revolutionized the dipping process and thus offers economical production of plastic molded parts in small to medium series. The fully automated TAUCHPERFORM® plant is a cost-efficient alternative to the injection molding process, as tool costs are lower and lead times are shorter. The molerit® PVC paste was developed specifically for plastic molded parts with regard to environmental and health compatibility. molerit® offers excellent product properties and resistance to cold, heat, UV, ageing, acids, alkalis and gases.
